The Problem With Arkansas Football

The Problem Is clear as day If you take the time to look at it logically, the Head Football coach has an identity problem. I think He came to Arkansas with an idea of what he wanted his program to be and when he found out that he could not get the talent to do it, he lost his way. This Is reflected in every aspect of this team and coaching staff from recruiting to the way they are coaching and training the players. The main problem with all this is this is year 5 and he no closer to figuring it out than he was in his second year. Plain and simple he has no clue how to win with the talent he can get and I'm not sure he ever will learn how to cause he not an X and O's type of coach, he's a CEO type of coach. He has no Barry Alverez there to tell him how to do it.
