A coach can't count on 3-4 years out of any player.

I would expect his  first priority is to get as much of his Recruiting class from Kentucky to come here, then fill out the remaining roster spots with decent filler. Thing is there is not a Nick Smith or Malik Monk type of player in Arkansas this year.
