Our kicking games was nothing short of terrible last year in all phases of it!  Don't care what anyone says it was all bad for the total year!!  If you can't kick, you ain't gonna win.  A short punt, no hang time, shank here, a kickoff out of bounds, not getting it into the end zone, miss a PAT, a field goal of any length, etc.  the kicking game is worth it's weight in victory!  and not even counting return and defense of the kicking game.

Always surprising to see us having multiple coaches visiting underclassman during the final week of recruiting.  I like the idea of planting relationship seeds for the future but just surprised that our coaches have the bandwidth to talk to juniors and sophomores at this time of year.  Would think their hair would be on fire in filling the final 4 spots but maybe it's a good sign that they have time to spend with future prospects while in the area

This is exactly right, the plans are "donated" and go towards lifetime donation for the person donating at a good rate.    So to answer your question it really cost nothing but about 3 hours over and 2 hours 40 mins back.  The actual fuel cost is around $3000 to $6000 depending the jet.

About a week ago there was much talk about why our coaches were spending so much time traveling back and forth to California to make in home visits with our firmly committed punter.  Some thought there could be a highly secret 5 star recruit on the west coast.  I suggested an alternative theory, purely as speculation.  May have been nothing to it, but just sayin'........
