I want to learn a little more about Arkansas AAU basketball

hi guys, I just wanted to learn a little bit more about local AAU squads and how they do when stacked up against national competition and the like.  I know we got the  Arkansas Wings and Hawks, but being an out of stater, it's hard to find out info on them and possible prospects they might have.  I know the Wings used to be pretty good (from what I remember), but what squads do we have and which ones have been good now?  Any gems on the rosters?
