The state of Missouri had a very good instate class this year - Mizzou offered 10 who were generally considered the top 10 prospects, and I think they got one of them. We should definitely give the state of MO a hard look.

The home-grown prospects for this upcoming class are really exciting. I'm going to try to get out to some games this fall and see these kids in person.

I hope we get all of them, especially the top 5-6.

I think there are some excellent coaches across the state and look forward to seeing those relationships grow with the new staff at Arkansas.

Burks is a future nfl wideout.  That man can be a star at arkansas.  pair him with gerry or connor.  If that happens it's on.  as they say on the hill.

Missouri screwed up last year and let a ton of talent out their state. Two most important pieces of that 2018 class were Ronnie Perkins and Michael Thompson and Perkins brother plays for Mizzou. Perkins signed with OU. Trinity, in St Louis, has a ton of talent. As does North Lutheran.

Oklahoma, from what I have read down out here, has made St. Louis a priority and will get several of those guys in St.Louis. Illinois will get some because they hired a popular HS coach in that area, but there is enough elite level talent that our boys should go try and get solidified up there too. Just my opinion. Would be a great pipeline to have.

OU has the blueprint that we need to follow. Get their own state's best 3-5. Make the North Texas a home base. Raid Missouri, especially St Louis and KC.

For Arkansas we do that plus Houston, Memphis, Tulsa, and Lousiana.

Thanks, although I will point out that the author sucks at math.

You can't have recruits at 75%, 80%, 60%, 50%, 60% and 90% and then say that the chance to land them all is 40%.

The real probability is <10% with those estimates.

The staff is great, system great, campus and facilities great, but to a lot of these 17/18 yr olds the last year in a half of razorback football is on their mind and that, compared to the power programs we are up against for their signatures, is what we are fighting more than anything. Not anything that coach Morris and company are or aren't doing. I believe if we can have some success on the field this class is gonna be really good (maybe even historically good) and the instate kids will start coming into the fold.

Ive said it before... Burks isnt your normal kid... he cares nothing for the recruiting process or camps right now. Hed rather hang out in the woods hunting or playing baseball than posting all over social media about his offers.
