They don't seem very confident in this article.

The biggest question comes with South Carolina's offense, which still hasn't found much cohesion and is being undercut by a line that's all sorts of beat up.

USC's position is further compromised by the absence of senior linebacker Bryson Allen-Williams, meaning a combination of Buck lineman Danny Fennell, former nickel Antoine Wilder and freshman Sherrod Greene will have to hold up at the third linebacker spot much of the game.

Prediction: Arkansas 24, South Carolina 21

They need this win, but so do we. They are probably going to try to air it out and I am sure that they have studied the A&M film to see what broke open those big plays.

More reasons to slap the Cocks into the dirt and Snap them off!
If the South should lose, it means that the history of the heroic struggle will be written by the enemy, that our youth will be trained by Northern school teachers, will be impressed by all of the influences of history and education to regard our gallant dead as traitors and our maimed veterans as fit subjects for derision.

Looking at the stats above, their injury list and then also knowing that they only average 7.8 pts/gm when they enter the RZ (to our 22.5), we just need to keep pressing for 4 quarters on offense and the defense has to limit scores from outside the RZ. Bentley is only 7 of 18 (38.9%) for the season in the RZ for 3 TD's in 5 games.

Kind of a ridiculous headline in the fact that it's a very important game for BOTH programs....duh.

They briefly discuss that in the article. They figure that if they can beat Arkansas today it is a far easier road to a bowl game with Vanderbilt and Wofford wins needed to make a bowl. Lose to Arkansas and they still have to knock off one of Tennessee or Florida to make it to a bowl. I guess that they are counting games against Georgia and Clemson as automatic losses.

We could win this game the main way the Hogs have beaten decent teams in the past, catch them very injured and beaten up.  Ask Houston Dale

A lot of the USC fans are calling the Tennessee game a win.

They better improve at this stuff if they hope to beat Tennessee.
