Moses played great. Next year could be special with better players around him like Barford and potentially Monk
Man, if Dusty and Moses can put up similar numbers all year, we may have something going now.

Whitt will exponentially improve as the season goes on.  Get those three guys going and have the other players fill in here and there and you never know what might happen.  Only one game though, but I'm cautiously optimistic.

To all the haters out there....

At least we arent Georgia... :puke:

Lost in overtime to Chattanooga.

Also of note, Tennesee squeaked by UNC Asheville by 4 points and Kentucky only beating Albany by 13.

A few things to like, a few things to worry about.    Still a 1-0 start.

WPS!

Around the country:

Duke looks small and young.  They're going to have to grow up a lot this year.

Georgia with a perplexing opening loss.

Kentucky may take a while to learn how to play together.  I might lean towards LSU winning a conference title, if it persists.

And in other news, Ben Simmons is just depressing to watch.  I'm not looking forward to that twice this year.
No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

Curious to see how we handle a team with some good post men.

I'm ready to play another game.

That was alot of fun to watch. I thought this team would be a total train wreck. Yes, it was just a team from the SWAC but this is much more impressive that I thought we would be.

Very very good debut.

UGA should be a better program....60 miles from a TON OF TALENT. They do have the second worst arena in the league however.

What is the worst- Tad Pad, the Hump, or Coleman Coliseum?

We're not going to be as bad as many people think we'll be.

I hope not as bad a ppl think

But we did look very rough at times tonight

Hannahs can shoot, we know Bell can shoot, Whitt is only going to get better with minutes, Kingsley can shoot.  I'm looking forward to seeing what these guys can do.

We won't have to wait long to see if we will be decent this season. Akron is picked to win their conference.

They returned 4 of 5 starters from a 21 win team. They beat Southern Cal and South Carolina last season.
