He is wearing a green tie.........That means he is clearly tell us intellectuals that he will be the next AD......

He can't wear red, because that would be too obvious.  Instead, he is wearing a color which contrasts with RED (Razorbacks)....Green...  He is also telling us that he will be hired in December.......Red and Green are the colors associated with December.......

How's that for decryption????
