I think we'll still get a regional.  It would help to knock out Bama tomorrow.  But with our record, attendance and bid, we should be ok.

DVH is also winless in three trips to the CWS.  I still wouldn't trade him.

this was the worst game we have played in a while, since oral roberts i guess.... we usually bounce back when we suck, so maybe tomorrow will be much better....

Ole Piss just gave every team we face the rest of the postseason the blueprint to whipping us. 1) throw curveballs.....a lot of them.
2) steal, we can't throw anybody out.
3) put the ball in play, we're likely to boot it or throw it anywhere.
DVH needs to recruit guys who can at least put the ball in play.

Ask Auburn if we can throw anybody out. We can't throw runners out when Schmidt pitches because he has a slow delivery to the plate. we threw out 18 vs 38 base stealers this season. That's middle of the pack in the SEC.

I would ask Auburn, but they're no longer playing this season. We won't face another Auburn this year. If a team has any speed, they will steal, and they will make it.

Seems I remember he did lose and acted like a jack ass because he did. It was to one of the Cal State teams. The whole bunch acted like jackasses. Texas fans every where were apologizing for him and the team. He finally apologized and said he didn't know there was a runner's up trophy. What a fricken liar.

Was it year before last? They wouldn't come out of the dressing room, surely you remember.
