Oaklawn is raising purses and Fair Grounds is cutting their purses and has also cut some stakes for the schedule as well.

Al Stall says due to the condition of the track and lowering of the purses FG is a sinking ship.  I have always assumed Al Stall a FGs guy thru and thru so this is a big thing if he is jumping off the ship
