Probably the ones I do most often are Beer can chicken and ribs.

I do a mean chuck roast on the bge as well...

my fav appateezers are

Atomic Buffalo Turds (jalapenos stuffed with filling and wrapped in bacon)

and of course...

MOINK balls...

Love a good rib-eye, especially a thick one. One of my favorite cuts of meat.
