Perhaps he's referring to the rating service(s) in terms of his current star ranking. Otherwise I'm not sure exactly what he'd mean by this. And while it makes most feel real good when you have a bunch of commits at this time of the year, obviously for many of these kids it means virtually nothing some 11 months or so prior to the next NSD. Oh well, move along.

Young people today tweet everything on their mind.  I don't follow recruits but I do follow current players.  You have to realize they don't think about football 24/7.  They will tweet vague negative tweets about their girlfriend, parents, or about a bad grade.  Biggest thing is to leave em alone.

Even if they do de-commit, tweeting them isn't going make them reconsider.

Yeah.  I'm not too worried about it.  It's February.  We are gonna have someone de-commit this cycle. 

I know social media is the main form of communication today but it leaves a lot of room for interpretation.

What was the text in reference to?

"I made a tweet about my ex. About my relationship with her and people took it the wrong way."

I agree. I also don't see CBB being ok with fans taking something a teenager posts on social media and interpreting as the worst possible scenario, then start running around like their rear end is on fire.

I saw a tweet recently that was misread all the way to New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNN and FoxNews all because nobody clicked on link in tweet.  The defacation hit the rotary blade to say the least.

I don't follow the kid, but Danny said after the tweet went out his twitter bio changed from Arkansas commit. Supposedly he removed that, and tweeted what he tweeted. Danny asked if he decommitted from Arkansas, and he replied "yes." Danny even posted a screen shot. I don't blame Danny for thinking he was decommitted.
