I was really hoping the dbacks would snag him.  They do really well with young pitchers in their minor league system.  But I still wouldn't mind him slipping to 14 for the braves.

This kid was throwing 98 mph in HS.  In HS, you don't need another pitch if you can throw that hard.  That is unreal.

Not very well since his elbow strain. His ERA is creeping to five. Still better than Jeff Weaver.

No doubt about that.  They have a fairly good lineup, but poor starting pitching after Harang, and basically zero talent in the bullpen (at least healthy talent).
