Upgrade really?

I don't post often but I read hv daily. Many wanted Chaney gone and called Enos and upgrade. Enos called for a pass on 3rd and 2 in the red zone which resulted in an offensive pass interference. We had 2 downs when we could have run and made the 1st down. The last possession we call a screen play and a run with under 2 minutes remaining. It wasn't his fault that Collins got stripped but it was bad clock management. What are your thoughts?
