This is my version of German eggrolls ...

2 cups of spiced pork. Best to get pork hamburger for this and spice it with Italian seasoning.

1 can of saurkraut. Always Save brand is fine.

1/2 cup of Brown and spicy mustard

6 packets of fire sauce from Taco Bell.

Put all this in one of those little Chef Aid choopers and chop the heck out of it.

Open up your egg roll and place 2 tablespoons of mix into center of wrap. See wrapper for rolling directions.

Deep Fry for @ 3 min on Tree Fitty.

Dip them in , you guessed it, more mustard. Wash down with Dark beer.

Makes exactly 15 eg lols
