There have been 1,391 names enter the transfer portal dating back to the first game of the CBB season.

41 of those have since withdrawn while only 261 of those have made a commitment. Tons of dominoes still to fall with some major names still expected to enter.

Mizzou will play the former Mizzou player this year.


He was one of the Br@ns/Smiths on that Mizzou roster. They could put out a five of all Smiths/Br@ns. Loved doing the game thread play-by-play of these lineups.

Oral Roberts listed Vanover as 7-5; Cal & Arkansas listed him at 7-3 when he played there.

If Mizzou lists him as 7-5, he'll officially be the tallest player to appear in a game for MU. At 7-3, he'd be tied for the tallest with Jordan Wilmore.

Didn't know if anyone else posted...but it looks like after 1 year at Oral Roberts, Vanover is going to end his career playing at Mizzou. 

I liked Vanover, but apparently his skill set just didn't mesh well with Musselman's style.  He looked very good playing for ORU last season.  Wish him best of luck...just not against the Hogs.

Really interesting comment from Dennis Gates on 7-5 center Connor Vanover. Says it's important to humanize him and not treat him like he's "a circus act."
Says he doesn't want folks always asking him about his height and taking photos of him alongside 5-10 Nick Honor.

Pepperdine sophomore forward Jevon Porter has entered the NCAA Transfer Portal, according to On3's Jamie Shaw.

Porter, who is the younger brother of Denver Nuggets forward Michael Porter Jr., played two seasons for the Waves, who were coached by Lorenzo Romar, Michael's godfather.

After Romar's dismissal was announced earlier this week though, Jevon Porter told On3's Joe Tipton that he planned to enter the transfer portal and did so
