Made something new while in Sandestin this past week....

Bought some huge shrimp from Dewey Destins, butterflied them, stuffed them with crab stuffing, then wrapped them in a strip of bacon secured with a toothpick. 

Melted two sticks of butter in a casserole dish, added 3-4 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce, and then a about a half bottle BBQ Shrimp Spice.   Place the shrimp in the dish, bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes, turn the shrimp over and go again for 5-10 minutes or until done.  Had some corn on the cob, baked potatoes, and a loaf of french bread and just doused those with the mixture.  Great and easy.  Keep the Rolaids handy because it will make you belch.  Enjoy!!
