I'm not sure skipper will be a first rounder, but he will be a nice draft pick.  Hunter Henry will get all the praise from every talking head I believe which will be one of the first times we have someone inflated from them, I believe.  Kirkland with a good showing at LT this year can write his grand-kids college funds.

Injury would explain some things. I read this odd scouting report on Ziemba that said something like "does not bend knees well". That, and his 5.5 speed, probably doomed him.

Yeah he got abused some last year like every offensive lineman gets abused on occasion.  He also abused many a defensive lineman also.  Boils down to the OC putting his lineman in a position to be successful.  If we had thrown a screen or two to that DE side during that game it would have slowed his rush tremendously.  I foresee our current OC taking advantage if a DE wants to put his hand down and rush full speed to the qb.

Skipper will be a highly drafted Olineman.  He has the toughness and meanness and size you have to have to play in the NFL not to mention the ability.   As far as the Georgia game, we lined up and just ran it down their throat our first offensive series for a td and what does our OC do,  comes out and throws three consecutive passes on our next drive for a 3 and out.  Once Georgia jumped out to a three score lead they just pinned their ears back and came after BA and our OC just obliged them by throwing pass after pass.

Bro, I hate to tell you this but CBB said in his presser that Skipper was weak in his upper body and needs to get some more strength up there.  Not because skipper can't be strong, but because he broke his hand last year and couldn't work on upper body strength.  But they aren't just pulling that from no where.  CBB himself said it.

Coach B mentioned this recently and said that the reason for that is Skipper has been hampered with that hand injury which has prevented his being able to work on the upper body the way he would like.  You can plan on Skipper increasing that upper body strength as soon as Ben is able to put him through the paces.  It may mean he stays here for his Senior year, but if he does then the Hog Fans are the big beneficiaries of that.

Dallas has two, Doug Free and Jeremy Parnell OL who's contracts will be coming up after the 2015-2016 season. Jerrah said he had to decisons to make on those two this coming post season. Common sense tells you Jerrah is not going to keep the both of them so I say he cuts the elder one, Doug Free who has been injury prone. So I can see Jerrah handing that card to Commish Goodell as quickly as possible if Denver is still available. Dallas would be getting yet another All Pro on the O line. Come on Jerrah, Denver Kirkland would make your O- line one of the greatest in NFL history.

Hunter Henry is the highest rated NFL player on the Hogs right now. HH is rated higher than Kirkland and everyone else.
