I want to believe Morris is waiting for the best hire he can get.  I sincerely hope he doesn't have the same problems Bret had.  Usually when the HC is full of energy, he doesn't have trouble hiring assistants.  Chad Morris appears to be full of energy and good intentions utilizing a system he has found to work for him.  Hope it works for us.
