Tommy T. hired the homeless man who stole his playbook to steal Gus's.  I think Tommy gave him a 12 pack of Mickey's and some Heaven Hill vodka.

No, there was something on here a few weeks ago about some prank or something someone pulled and lifted the playbook.  Don't know if there is a bit of truth to it, but it was on here...
