Dear Frank,
               Keep Gus at all costs.  If Stan goes less than Sweet 16 this year, fire him.  If Nutt wins less than 10 games this year, fire him.  Make life as easy as possible on John McDonnell, he is more important to this university than anyone.  Tell Dave Van Horn he is the man.  Oh, and fire Suzie!  Please!
