Carl is washed up. No team will make a difference for his career.

I don't think Carl is Kenseth good, but he should be winning races.  Kenseth and Kyle can, Carl should too.  I don't know what's up with Roush the last few years but they don't even seem to have the motors up to par with everyone else anymore.  Penske has some badass Fords out there, Roush is barely hanging on.  It's pretty weird actually, who would have guessed it. 

I don't think Carl is washed up, but he won't win as many as Kenseth next year.  Somewhere in the middle.

Agree with buff. Roush is behind penske for some reason and it's not even close.
