Always fun to see the new teams, sponsors and paint schemes at Daytona...

I taped all three days.  What I gathered is that the aero design of these cars will not take or allow the nose to bumper hookups.  When they ran in packs all the cars performed normal when they had about 3/4 of a car length between cars.  My prediction is that your going to see a crap load of wrecked cars come the Daytona 500.  The plates won't allow for separation and the cars don't have the stability to push each other.

They did away with bump drafting and the pack racing disappeared, replaced by two-car tangos that no one wanted to watch.  To do away with those, the changes bring back pack racing, with bump drafting not being a possibility.  I hope they're not asking for trouble here.

What do you guys think about the overall look of the cars? I like them better, but wish they would let a Chevy look like a Chevy, other than the nose.
