Are there other Hog fans living outside the USA? Where are you now or, where have you lived?

Moved from Russellville in 2004 but, home is Conway/Vilonia. Lived 2 years in Warsaw, Poland. Two years in Yerevan, Armenia and now live in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

No longer, thank God.

No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

Dublin, Ireland;  the taxes, the weather, the government, the taxes, the European attitudes, the taxes....

Ireland loves taxes! We have been tax-free where we have lived. They don't even have sales tax here in Dubai.

At least they do speak a form of English in Ireland.

It's not even just the income rates; it's the hidden taxes;  insane minimum wage laws that add 20% to prices; VAT taxes that add 7-25% to prices; the licensing fees for owning a television ($200 a year? AYSM!);  the incessant belief that government is better than markets....man, I hated that place.
