Artificial turf fields

Watching bases loaded and I am seeing several teams have gone to the artificial turf field ( not just the grass but the entire dirt area as well) and I fully understand why but I hate seeing it. I like watching a game on grass and dirt. I know they early season weather can cause problems but the Hogs play in a place that can be very adverse with weather issues and they have grass and dirt. Guess I am just a old fogey

I hated playing on turf fields. Just doesn't feel right. The ball seems to almost "skip" across the surface instead of bouncing like on a natural grass field.
