Bielema's last three assistants have been assistant coaches assistants in the NFL, do college assistants not want to work for him? Not saying that's the case but I do wonder.

Seems Rhoads and Enos were last head coaches in college.  Think your stretching the rubber band a little too far there...

Yeah, most of the assistants on staff are college football guys.

NO, he is exactly on point.  Div 1 assistants will not work for BB.
