Why do some of you 'hate' Bielema?

I don't hate him but I was also in his corner up until the first loss this year.  He seems like a great guy, and at the time of his hire was a great hire on paper, but just did not turn out to be a great fit for Arkansas and the SEC.

Exactly how I feel. I'm kind of thinking he, for whatever reason, was difficult to work for. He seemed to have a hard time getting quality staff to replace the great ones he lost like Pittman, and Shannon and Partridge. And he seemed to lose the team, in wanting to give their all to play for him. I don't know if it was because he was too laid back and too much their buddy or not. It just didn't work out for him. And that's truly a shame. I wish very much it had.
