How much of a transition is this?

Razorback de Nosferatu

Sorry if already discussed at length elsewhere.

Like many, I am ready to get behind Coach Morris.  I was skeptical of the hire.  It's on record here.  And I'll own it.  I'm also a big Razorback fan, and I'm hoping all this talk of him helping build Clemson's offense and such is indicative of what he can do here.

Anyway, for those who know football offense much better than I do, after five years of "pro-style" offense here, how much of a transition is this going to be?  Do you think Morris's offense is one that can take advantage of what we have to a reasonable extent?  Or could we be in for a massive and painful rebuild?

A common criticism of Bielema's last two teams is that they didn't have speed.  That seems like a big concern if you're wanting to run some version of the spread.
