I fished a local club tournament this weekend (3/10) on Bull Shoals. 13 lbs won it. 12 got second. And 11 got third. I had 5 keepers that weighed 7.57 but that was only good enough for 5th. There was no really big fish weighed in as a 3.5 got big bass.

I was fishing as a guest, so I was in the back of the boat. My boater only had 1 keeper the whole day. He caught it on a crankbait. I caught my fish by pitching a peanut butter and jelly jig behind him on steep chunk rock banks. I believe the guys who placed caught most of their fish on a stickbait. I know one for sure caught all of his on it. Alot of other guys threw it all day, but they only had a couple. The warmest water temperature we saw was 51. That was near Bee Creek up from Tucker Hollow.

I know that several guys including my boater and I that wanted to run all the way up to Mincy and K Dock, but it was very foggy until around noon so we really didnt have enough time to make it all the way up there from Lead Hill.

Hope this benefits someone.
Peace
