infield starting with the Rebel on the weekends.  I am not an infield person but I think if the weather is permitting, go for it.  The kids and sunbathers love it.

New in 2013, Oaklawn is planning to open its Infield, complete with a Beer Garden, live music and family-friendly activities, every Saturday from Rebel Stakes through Arkansas Derby.

Great move imo, will definitely get some more folks in the doors.  Should make for a festive atmosphere.

Now maybe they will get the damn wifi to work in there so you can bet on their phone app.

I used the WIFI all last year with my iPhone and iPad and did not have a single problem.  That was even betting just before post time if I could not make up my mind. 

Do you have a specific location you are using the WIFI?  I am typically in the NY area and did not have any problems at all.  Outside worked every time but I did not use it outside very much.  The only problem I did have was I forget to make my bet.  Lost anyway so I was happy.
