It's "open" to interpretation. Who wants to be the first guinea pig?

Already been plenty, sooner or later there will be a test case.

But as of right now, Constitutional Carry is legal.

The police cannot stop you carrying a firearm, club, or knife, for the singular purpose of having it in your possession. IF you are stopped, they then have to prove your intent to unlawfully employ it against another human.

I know guys who have been open carrying in Fayetteville for weeks now with no permit, and not a word has been said. That includes being seen by multiple police officers.

On campus, or anywhere guns are strictly prohibited however, the laws remain the same.

At the end of the day this is Arkansas. As long as you are not a jackass, you will be fine either way. Carry on brothers.

Carry on. I like it.
