Does anyone have personal experience using one?

Yes. 391 Urika (Trap). It's what I use in competition.

I also have a 391 for trap.  Mine is the parallel target model.  Great gun.
If gun control worked, Chicago would look like Mayberry, not Thunderdome. http://heyjackass.com/

Thank you for the responses.

Son, a senior in HS, has been shotgun shopping.  When he asked me what I thought about shotguns, I suggested Remington since I have had many years of reliable service out of my 870–30" barrel, full choke.  He has hunted with it often and likes it okay, but he wanted a shotgun of his own---can't blame him.  I told him to do his research and get what he wants within reason.

He ordered the Baretta A400 Extreme 3.5" 28" barrel.  He mostly will use it for ducks and doves.

Again, we thank you for your input.

Sounds like you've got a pretty smart kid there.

I had a Beretta Urika 391 that I used for ducks before my Winchester SX3. Obviously the Winchester wins the day between the two, but the Beretta was a very nice gun.
