Hognoxious you should take a trip to Yankee Stadium and sit for a game or two in section 203.  That's the creatures home in the new ballpark.  It's not as wild as section 39 in old ballpark, but still the best atmosphere in baseball anywhere.

Quote from: hogfan10 on Today at 09:31:04 amOpposing teams are making Tygart, Molina, McIntyre prove that they can throw strikes.
They need to pitch from ahead to be successful.

Will McEntire has been a Razorback since 2020.  Do you think you could do him the honor of spelling his name correctly?

It's full circle. OK State was where Devo originally committed too. Either MA wasn't recruiting him or Devo wasn't interested in playing for Mike. Either way, one call from Muss and Devo de-commits from the Cowboys and commits to Arkansas.

Quote from: tennesseehogwild on Today at 10:36:38 amhog pitching has been giving up a lot of 0-2 and 1-2 hits lately, or so it seems.

I think that's in part because they have no clue which pitch is going to be a strike and which one isn't, due to the ever undulating SEC strike zone, so they have to throw a pitch that catches too much of the plate ...

Quote from: Razrpig256 on Today at 10:22:50 amArkansas has now lost 3 of its last 4 games.

Some perspective: EACH of the last 3 national champions also had a stretch in the month of May in which they lost 3 out of 4 games...  ('21 MSU, '22 OM, '23 LSU)

However, none of them lost 4 out of 5.

You're right, you don't know.  Pretty on par.

I think the way things are going that the best way to fix it is to accept as a minor league farm system and have contracts with a salary cap with NIL being endorsement deals. Have no transfers but if the players want to go somewhere else have it where trades can happen where schools can get other players and or cash for the players they want to trade or trade for. I don't know about a draft but I guess you could have that and then a undrafted free agent agreement for the ones not drafted.
