In a recent Razorback foundation tweet it shows Enos sitting at his desk and on his desk is a piece of paper with "Riley Ferguson QB" written on it. Looks like he is playing at Coffeyville this season, seems as if the staff is interested in him.

Strong armed kid. I expected his name to come up with his connection to Chaney.

However, I believe he will be a JR by the time he is Eligible. Which timing wise seems odd unless Enos isn't they pleased with what we have waiting in the Wings

that has secondary violation written all over it...on second thought- me likey  8)

IF we sign him, that means he would enter next spring as a RS Jr, along with RS Jr A.A, RS So RP and RS Fr TS.  that is a LOT of talent to be battling it out to replace BA.  Being a former QB, HC and now OC in the SEC, Enos KNOWS it is an absolute MUST to have a QB that is able to do everything you want him to do and be more than just a "game manager".  I say bring him on

He couldn't crack the top 3 behind the pu pu platter of QBs that Tennessee had the last couple of years, so I can't imagine he'd be an upgrade over anyone we already have on campus.  Word out of Knoxville was that he didn't work hard like the others and had a bit of an attitude.  IMO, it would be a waste of a scholarship.

Seems like we're putting alot of emphasis on QBs lately, with the recent offers and now this. Does Enos want a different skill set? How would that bode for the young guys we have there already?

I don't think we are seeing more of an emphasis really. I think we will continue to sign 1 per year

Pittman needs to go wireless!
To add a "sig line" or "signature line": Go to your "profile" then go to "modify profile" then scroll down to where it says "Signature" and type in what you want it to say and then click on "change profile". That's it, you're done. Your sig line will only show up on your first post on each page.

We just haven't offered many lately because we had an in state kid ready to go.  Peavey was out of state but he had been committed forever and connections here.

This is the first year Bielema has really had to recruit a QB since being at Arkansas.

Correct, just like other positions, we will offer several, and accept the first one they want.
