The main concern I've heard is if he can recruit.

Relatively young guy, big personality, strong work ethic, NFL credentials... I bet he'll recruit well.

You didn't hear that concern from the person that matters most. If he was concerned he wouldn't have hired him.

Everything you read - it seems Anderson will be a great fit here.
Seems to relate to his players extremely well, has a good personality and works extremely hard - is their really much else needed to be a good recruiter?

I haven't read that, but if it is only one year, I'm betting he's being given a chance to succeed, but if he isn't as good as CBB hoped, he can just not offer a new contract next season.  IF he's great, he can get a better contract next year.

If he stays, it looks like we may have some upcoming talent considering the family history.
