I don't consider anybody too credible if they change their opinion on a coach 100 percent in 6 months.  I'll admit I was pretty down on Pel and I'm still not the president of his fan club, but he hasn't seen his plan through and I consider anybody rash who thinks we'd be better off looking for a new coach at this point.  Pel has undeniable upside IMO and I want to see what becomes of it.
