I can buy that.  You are right the scouting reports do suggest, Arkansas OL pass blocking skills do need polishing.  You also have a point with the receivers argument.  I don't think these stats "prove" your point, but they do support your point. 

There is no proving the point, it is certainly up for discussion. It is not like Arkansas' tackles fall down on every pass play, but I do not think HDN/MM teach players advanced pass blocking skills.

If my son had NFL dreams I would would want him to go somewhere and learn to be the best pass blocker possible.  If that is at a HDN/MM coached school would certainly be open to much debate as we have demonstrated.
