I'm really not trying to compare TN and AR, I just think your sights are set a little high if you think Self or Gillespie would come to Arkansas

Excellent point. Tennessee has national status in football. If PF flounders he will be shown the door. Will Tennesee feel the need to not look bigoted against fat white guys and hire a fat white guy that coached one season and led Southeast Northern Tech and M to the Hula Hoop bowl or would they reasonably expect to be able to bring in a top winning coach with recent BCS success?

As a historically top-10 to 15ish national football program I suspect that the fans would demand a proven winner and would expect the athletic department to bring in a big name.
