Looks like the refs screwed OSU. That last untimed down should not have been granted.

If true, that is a dumb rule. You could intentionally get a penalty to end the game in your favor.

Yep. The refs did what's fair, even though it goes against the rule book.

They should change that stoopid rule anyways
