Problems with loading a picture

  I made two pictures that I wanted to add to a post.  I started to add them when I realized it was a "bmp" and that I would need to change it, so I put it on photobucket and was able to change it to "jpg", which is accepted.  Both pictures were under the size limit but for some reason I can't attach them.  I try to attach them but when I hit post nothing happens.  Can anyone help me out?

if they are in photobucket, all you have to do is copy and paste the bottom tag.... the one that says img next to it, into the body of the message. No need to mess with attachments.  try that and see what happens.
