DRF question

I am assuming there is a difference in the terminology of "OR" and "AND" in the conditions. Race 6 on today's OP card uses "AND"

" For three year olds and upward which have never won two races AND which have started for a claiming price AND which have broken their maiden in a state bred race."

But it appears the runners fall into one condition OR another, not all.

Is there something I am missing? Or am u just reading too much into the wording?

That is what the conditions say, you're right about that.  I'm not sure either because only 2,9,10 actually broke maiden in a state-bred race.

Maybe I'm missing something as well.
