yes he was - i was furious for about 30 minutes after that.  Hated that the announcers never questioned the call until a few innings later.

It was sickening.  It's plays like this that makes fans and players calling for reviews during the game.  I know it slows the game down, but as we saw with Galarraga's "no hitter" and the numerous other blown calls it's so frustrating to see the umps miss time after time.

Keep players from stepping out of the batter's box for 15 seconds after every pitch and replay could be implemented. This is why I can't stand to watch baseball unless St. Louis is playing.

Amen 3kg.  We spend half an hour waiting for 5 specialist releivers to get in their tosses, but can't spen one minute to get a call right.  I just can't fathom anyone being in favor of "fast but wrong."

What is a maximum of 5 extra minutes per game?  That Posey call could literally cost the Braves their season.

Not to mention Utley faking getting hit by the pitch, getting thrown out at second, and missing 3rd base he scored a run.  pitiful.
