I just got done cooking and eating some huge Prawns (big shrimp) I bought fresh at the meat market and it was like eating lobster......

1 cup or however much you want of Tuscan Garden Marinade Garlic & Herb with Lemon juice

1/2 stick of butter

salt
pepper
garlic powder

I put them on foil and cooked them in the smoker until pink about 10 min. or 2 beers if you drink your first 2 like me. ;D

That's one thing that I love about living on the coast of BC--fresh seafood is readily available.  It almost makes up for the lack of quality Mexican food up here.
Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.
