Long staying? Maybe, we will see. Maybe he takes another position outside of Arkansas like "Director of Academic Enforcement" at the NCAA?
Bielema staying? Hard to believe but if so this would be a critical error by the school.
Fans leaving? I can certainly see that happening to an even greater degree if Bielema is here next season.

I've not been told officially, or even unofficially by people who should know. Now, I haven't asked them, so that's where I am as of Nov. 14th.
