Recruiting rules question

I don't think my little question would raise any NCAA heads to look at this issue further, at least I hope not and more than likely not even an issue.   
I read the article about Ty Evens tweeting that he will sign with the Hogs and then the writer mentioned Dan Enos tweeted about it. 
Now I didn't see him reference the player in what I saw.   Was wondering if that could be close to a violation in recruiting?   

Also if it is, delete this, microwave the system and  format the hard drives for me please.   I will hammer my phone to pieces.  Red alert, beep beep....     just playing unless true :)

The NCAA allows certain degrees of communication via social media.

I believe coaches can re-tweet and favorite tweets but there are restricted in how often they can direct message a recruit.
