BK looks great!  I  officially withdraw my concern from yesterday.

His stuff looks good, but he has been shaking his arm, stretching it, grimacing, and massaging it for the last inning or two after just 60 pitches. He probably should not over do it.

I think Knight will be fine.  I'm not a doctor but I work around a lot of them every day.  If it were tendonitis, or cartilage, or bone, then I'd worry, but muscle strain is not long term debilitating in 98% of cases.  Starting pitchers can get muscle strain as the season goes deeper.  It's not uncommon.
