SATURDAY'S First Pitch is set for 6:00 PM and WILL NOT BE TELEVISED . This game will be streamed live online on SEC Network Plus accessible at WatchESPN.com and the WatchESPN app.  (check your WatchESPN.com listing up until game time).

Play-by-Play Narrative:
For many years, Hogville members who love Razorback Baseball have come together to produce these game threads with play-by-play narrative for those that depend on it as their only source and for those that just simply enjoy it. Been asking this since the TV schedule was released months ago.  Arkansas and LSU are both college baseball powerhouses, along with the game being played at one of the premier college parks.  The NCAA, SEC, and media execs really struck out on this one.

That's why I try not to pay attention to talking heads during baseball season - but some guys make it difficult to do that. Right now, with the exception of Ben McDonald on the SEC Now crew, you would have no clue the hogs are leading the west. If it's mentioned at all, it's Auburn leading the way. Irritation.

Looking forward to it, last week was my 60th birthday, my daughter surprised the heck out of me. Had a surprise party, my mom, older sister, brother and brother in law showed up. All ten grandkids came running up hollering when I pulled up, she had pictures put up all over her house if me that I didn't even know I was in. Including some when I had a whole lot more hair! Then she told me she had tickets for her, me and my two oldest grandsons, ages 11 and 9 for tomorrow's game. Can't. Eat that with a stick!
