Looks like he's about 98% going to class up and join the team this year.  He's 6'10 with great upside.  Not as gifted as big brother but still a 5 star and ranked anywhere from 8-11 depending on who you subscribe to.

He's got a lot of Sam Perkins in him.  I don't think he's a one and done.  Probably a 3 year guy, 2 at the least and maybe all 4 years.  He's got some development to do but still a gifted kid.
