either the hot offensive or defensive co-ordinator on a top team(a la Kirby Smart) or the head coach at a lesser school who is coming off a good season(a la Tom Harmon or Justin Fuente). With several Top 5 conference jobs already available(3 so far in the SEC alone) and more likely on the way, you have a great chance at snagging a long term, high paying contract without any idea if you can perform at the new level. I haven't done the research, but I'm betting that as many of the changes or more don't work out as do.
