90. Tennessee Vincent Raymond Yarbrough $349,458
91. Georgia Sundiata Gaines $269,169
92. LSU Geert Hammink $250,000
93. Tennessee Steve Hamer $220,000

Yarbrough was much sought-after as a HS recruit.
Gaines is still playing in the NBA Summer league.
Hammink was Shaq's long-suffering European backup who finally got to start in '93.
Hamer was a 7-footer at UT.

Up next, Hogs.

One wag noted that Herschend might pick up Hill as the Sheriff at Silver Dollar City after the playing days are over. Would be close to home unlike LeBron.

LeBron James (King) $62M  Saint Vincent-Saint Mary

The King has been most closely tied to UK in recent months.

101. So. Carolina Jo Jo English $50,000

SC had the disconnect between SEC performance and NBA fortune

BJ McKie, Larry Davis, Melvin Watson, Tre' Kelley and Downey all have something in common with Coach Nutt. The amount of money they made in the NBA is the same.

Meanwhile, Balkman, Stack, Kinsey, Jamie Watson, and Jo Jo and Alex English had their NBA pay day.  [Alex was a bit before the Hog Era of the SEC and he is in the Hall of Fame.]

Up next, a Hog who fits with this theme.

He converted seven 3-pointers against the Oklahoma City Thunder in the game that gave the Miami Heat the 2012 NBA championship. He started the June 20 Game 7 of the 2013 NBA Finals against the San Antonio Spurs that gave the Heat their second consecutive title.

And now swingman Mike Miller, the Heat's affable 3-point gunslinger, is gone, essentially gone for good, after three seasons of playing alongside LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, advancing to the NBA Finals in each of those seasons.

Invoking their one-time right to waive a player through the NBA's amnesty-release program and alleviate their luxury-tax burden, the Heat made the move with the 33-year-old veteran nine hours in advance of Tuesday's 11:59 p.m. NBA amnesty deadline.

"After many discussions internally and a sincere effort to explore the trade market, we made a very difficult decision to use our amnesty provision on Mike Miller," Riley said in a release.

Counting coaching and executive compensation, not to mention outside sources, Pat Riley would be one of the highest paid former SEC players in the NBA across the entire NBA history.

The Schools Whose Alumni Will Make The Most Money In The NBA This Year

20. LSU: $US23,534,293 — 5 players
The Tigers don't boast any true NBA superstars at the moment...
Kings guard Marcus Thornton leads the way, making just over $US8 million this season, followed by serviceable power forwards Brandon Bass and Glen Davis. Anthony Randolph and Garrett Temple round out LSU's list.

19. Arkansas: $US24,326,342 — 4 players
Sometimes it only takes one, and in Arkansas' case, that 'one' is Brooklyn Net Joe Johnson...
Johnson makes $US21,466,718 this season, while the other three Razorbacks on this list — Ronnie Brewer, Patrick Beverley, and Jannero Pargo — make under $US3 million combined.

5. Florida: $US60,873,433 — 12 players
Florida's back-to-back NCAA titles in the mid-2000s produced three of the top four Gators, salary wise, currently playing in the NBA today. Al Horford and Joakim Noah both make over $US11 million, while Corey Brewer checks in at $US5 million. David Lee, who played at UF just a few years before those tournament runs, comes in at just under $US14 million. One player to watch is 20-year-old Bradley Beal, who could be playing himself into a nice little contract with the Washington Wizards in the future.

1. Kentucky: $US77,324,323 — 21 players
The program that everyone loves to hate, led by the coach that everyone loves to hate, actually produces the most NBA players. But it's not just the Coach Cal era — four of the top six paid former Wildcats — Rajon Rondo, Tayshaun Prince, Chuck Hayes and Keith Bogans — played well before he came to town. Even when those contracts expire, UK has another crop of rising stars. John Wall, Anthony Davis, DeMarcus Cousins and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist will all make substantially more money in a few years than they do now.

Don't ask former Alabama star, Andalusia product Robert Horry if Kobe Bryant made him better http://ow.ly/xPP7M

QuoteThe Andalusia High and University of Alabama product, won seven NBA championships during a 16-year career as a member of the Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Lakers and San Antonio Spurs.

He earned the nickname "Big Shot Rob" for his clutch scoring on teams which included the likes of Hakeem Olajuwon, Clyde Drexler, Shaquille O'Neal, Kobe Bryant, David Robinson and Tim Duncan.

But don't ever suggest any of those guys made him who he was.

Someone made the mistake of asking Horry if Bryant, eight years his junior, made him better at a recent event where Horry was seated next to former big men Robert Parrish and Bill Cartwright.

Horry didn't even want to dignify the question with a response saying, "Next question" before adding, "Let me just say this, I made everybody better dude, alright."

Rajon Rondo's game is suddenly outdated, and it could cost him millions in free agency

QuoteThat Rondo couldn't fit into one of the best offenses in the NBA — one that exemplifies much of what a modern NBA offense looks like — spells trouble for his future. As a free agent this summer, finding an ideal team fit for Rondo is difficult, simply because he plays differently than most successful point guards do in 2015.

Seeing Rondo in a "pace-and-space" offensive system wasn't encouraging for his future. What played out on the court with the Mavs is the same thing people worried about upon his arrival: Rondo needs to dominate the ball to run an offense, and when he doesn't have the ball, defenses don't respect him as a shooting threat...

Rondo is as unique a player as the NBA has ever seen, and he's undoubtedly gifted in several areas. Unfortunately, the times he's proven most successful with were in a system that is now outdated.

A team will still take a chance on Rondo, but the days of thinking he's a max player are over. In another era, Rondo could skate by without being an elite shooter and dominate the ball while teammates waited patiently...

Rondo has made just over $60 million in nine NBA seasons.

QuoteStarter-turned-reserve David Lee came alive in the NBA Finals and helped the Warriors win their first championship in four decades.

However, Tuesday's title-clinching game will reportedly be his last with the team.

Lee has earned over $75 million in 10 NBA seasons.  He was on track to make nearly $15.5 million in '15-16.
